DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE
No. Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance. We use plant based essential oils for their healing benefits, They also have natural scents with 100% pure natural steam distilled/cold-pressed essential oils.

PRODUCTS SOMETIMES VARY IN COLOR AND SMELL

No Tree in Nature is exactly the same, there is all variances. All though we stick to the same strict formula every time. There will be Minor variances in each different batch. This is completely normal and to be expected with our natural ingredients. As an example,  some batches of shea butter may be softer or harder that will affect the overall make up of the product .cold pressed oils can often be different because even though an avocado is an avocado, even their colours can be different and is why many times batches can vary from each other as far as colour and their aroma. IN WHAT ORDER SHOULD I USE THE PRODUCTS?

At the bottom of each product there is a triangle with a number in it
3, 6 and 9.
3 Represents wet products. So you use these products whilst wet. So conditioners and shampoos go in this range.
6 Represents condition. So all the leave in conditioners and creams goes into this range.
9. Shine. The finisher. The last part of the process. To add sine to skin or hair.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS LISTED AS LIMONENE, LINALOOL, GERANIOL AND CITRAL

Muluku Cosmetics adheres to the European Union’s strict cosmetic guidelines by listing ‘potential’ allergens in our pure essential oils. These constituents are present in minuscule amounts and remain well within the EU’s acceptable limits. Listing them is helpful for anyone who has these particular sensitivities, so any individual can readily identify if they need to avoid these components from pure, natural essential oils.

ARE THERE PARABENS IN MULUKU PRODUCTS
Muluku Cosmetics skin care products are formulated without parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, animal by-products, phthalates, GMOs, silicone, or triclosan.

IS THIS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES
Muluku Cosmetics are made of non-toxic and natural ingredients. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients. The system works well for most people with sensitive skin, but everyone is different. If you have super sensitive we suggest trying the products on a small area of the inside of your wrist and watching for any skin reaction for 24 hours before applying to the rest of your body.
