payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to

cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may

 accept payment online via Stripe and Paypal. You do not have to have a PayPal

account, you can pay through Stripe or PayPal using your debit or credit card. PayPal

and American Express. PayPal services manages all of our banking transactions. Muluku Cosmetics Ltd does not store any credit card numbers.

Our system operates so that once your payment has been processed and cleared,

we will then dispatch your item. Therefore, please ensure you have adequate

funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your

payment, we will inform you either by email or telephone. It is recommended

the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment

final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Muluku Cosmetics Ltd to cancel the

purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at

Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order

the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and despatched. Once it

is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your

tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. You should receive

your order within 3-5 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on

weekends and local public holidays. In cases where the order has been

despatched, the customer is required to receive the order.

 

Muluku Cosmetics Ltd ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal

services and their partners. It is important that you as a customer carefully

check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the

products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged in

transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as

soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does

not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from

receiving the product.

 

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external

factors outside of Muluku Cosmetics limited and our courier’s control. These factors may

include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures,

customs delays, etc. Whilst Muluku Cosmetics Ltd does not take responsibility in shipment

delays nor damages caused during transportation, we value our customers. You

can track your shipment with the Order Tracking ID but please contact us if you

come across any issues.

 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as

possible. The cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Muluku Cosmetics

Ltd via email. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation

immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will

contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. Only once

the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the

cancellation.

If a product has been discontinued, Muluku Cosmetics Ltd has the right to cancel the

purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Muluku Cosmetics Ltd will notify the

customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

 

Consumers have the right to return the orders. If for any reason you are

unhappy with them, please contact the Muluku Customer Care team at info@mulukucosmetics.com

before returning your goods and within 14 days of receiving your purchases. The

right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can

be returned in the same condition as when received. Return shipping expenses is

covered by the consumer. If consumers use their right to send back an order, they

should contact Muluku Customer Care team in order to get return approved. Once

the team are contacted, they will provide full shipment information and a

prepaid return label, which can be printed and attached to the parcel. Muluku Cosmetics

Ltd does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
